Twin Supply is a distributor for Edlund Company, American Metalcraft, Vollrath, Koala Bear, Diaper Depot, Rubbermaid Commercial, Get Industries, Dexter Russell, Fr. Dick, Witt Trash Receptacles, Franmara Bar Supplies, Safety Zone, Beistle Party Supplies, True Manufacturing Refrigeration, West Bend, Regal Coffee Makers, Cecilware Food Service Equipment, Carlisle Food Service, Edlund Company, Bobrick and other various Office Supplies and Janitorial Supplies Manufacturers.

Returns:

We will accept returns with an authorization ONLY, if merchandise is NEW and returned within 10 days of order date. There is a 25% restocking charge on all returns for orders over $150 and $25 restocking charge for orders below $150. Please do NOT return merchandise without authorization, your merchandise will be lost and credit cannot be issued. In addition, your unauthorized return order may be refused by the warehouse and returned to you.  If you refuse and order, there will be a restocking charge as outlined above in addition to round trip shipping charges.  If you would like to cancel an order, please call us immediately for a cancellation ID  Once an order process has begun, cancellation will be regarded as a return and all return policies will apply.  Please do not E-mail cancellation requests a cancellation transaction ID is required. Your return must contain the return authorization number or cancellation ID taped to the outside of the carton or it may be refused or lost.

Damages or Manufacturers' Defects:
All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

• Special orders are non-refundable. (special orders are orders that are not stocked in our NY warehouse and/or drop shipping from the manufacturer. Call us if you are not sure if your order falls into this category Shipping/Handling and Small Order Charges are non-refundable.
• We cannot accept returns on Floor Machines, Commercial Equipment, Refrigeration Equipment or Special Orders.
• We cannot accept returns on CarryHot Insulated Pizza Delivery Bags and Insulated Food Bags.  These products are made to order.
• We cannot accept returns on Party Supplies and Party Decorations, all sales are final.
• There is NO minimum order requirement. However, we cannot except returns for orders $50 or less (excluding discounts, shipping, handling fees) All Sales $50 or less are FINAL.

Shipping Information:

Most orders over $250 usually leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days. Orders under $250 usually leave the warehouse within 3-10 business days.

Refrigeration Equipment may require a lift gate--additional charges will apply.  Refrigeration Equipment and other commercial equipment may require additional shipping charges.  The shopping cart will only estimate shipping charges.  We will contact you with a quote

If you choose express shipping as your order shipping method, the order will ship on the next business day and may be subject to additional charges if not calculated during checkout. Please call us at 718 442 1010 for express shipping requests.

**Certain orders due to size, weight,  combined weight or chemical content - cannot ship via UPS or will require additional charges due to size or weight. We will contact you with a quote if your order exceeds the guidelines for standard ground shipping. The shopping cart will calculate standard UPS Shipping and will not always calculate multiple cases- there may be additional charges required if your exceeds the standard shipping guidelines including oversized packages or orders where there are more than 3 cases & orders that require shipment via Common Carrier. Shopping cart calculated shipping costs are based on shipments made from a warehouse within your area.  In the event that a product is not available in the nearest warehouse to your shipping location, additional charges may be required.

We accept Visa MasterCard and American Express.  We do not accept Checks. If you selected to pay by Money order.  Please send Money Order to:

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical Twin Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Twin Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Twin Supply shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
